Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to: (a) commercially exploit the App; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) create derivative works based on the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; or (e) use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, including in connection with the generation of harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that policy.

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software — are the exclusive property of The Arch Media and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of the beliefs, prompts, and other content you input into the App (“User Content”). The App produces AI-generated counter-arguments and related material (“Output”) in response to your User Content. Output is produced by automated systems, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or act upon any Output.

We may, at our sole discretion, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature thereof, at any time and without notice. We have no obligation to provide any updates, support, or maintenance for the App. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Output will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Arch Media, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil.
